All the material contact with product is made of 316L stainless steel , other parts we adopt 304L stainless steel. All the main components we adopted for the equipment is the same as Pamasol adopted.

We adopt anti-explosion technology for the control system.

Have the loading cell installed at the bottom of the equipment which displays the weight accurately. This equipment is the vital equipment for the production of the three phrase MDI suspensions. 

We have years experience in the MDI production technical process, we have some improvement in the equipment and received good reputation from many Domestic users.

There are functions of the equipment below

1. The machine can be operating the preparation process and filling process at the low-temperature conditions.

2. The production processing can keep going in the environment temperature which is under 20°C.

3. We got the propellant 134A from high-pressure processing.

4. The MDI mixing suspensions can be delivered to the filling machine under the state of high-pressure liquid.

5. The circulatory system and mixing vessel can form a closed cycle.

6.Designed pressure: 10KG, with cooling jacket

7. The lid of the vessel can be lifted, make its convenience for clean and disinfection.
