TotalPacks automatic capsule production line is the most cost-effective and complete bottling line in the packaging industry.
It's suitable for packing capsules, tablets, candy and any other type of hard pieces into bottles or jars.
It consists of the automatic unscrambler, counter filler, cotton inserter, capper, induction sealer, labeller, and accumulating turntable.
Or it can line to other ending packing equipment such as cartoning machine and boxing machine.
The running speed can be up to 100 bottles per minute.

Features
Equipped with the Siemens PLC and Touch Screen control(Japan made HMT is optional) for reliable operation.
Totally automatic without manually, few operators needed for feeding bottles, caps and capsules.
It's suitable to count and fill any sizes and shapes of capsules/tablets, as well as any other type of hard piece, such as candy, chewing gums and so on.
Pour the bottles into the bottle unscrambler/sorter.
Sort bottles onto the conveyor one by one.
Pour the capsules into the hopper of the counter filler, sorted by vibrations and drop into bottles.
Insert cotton or desiccant into the bottles.
Caps placed and are tightened automatically.
Go through the induction sealer for bottle opening sealing with foils.
Round warp labeler or flat side labeler for stick labels on the bottles.
Accumulating turntable for correction or forward to next equipment, such as the cartoning machine---Cellophane Overwrapping Machine---Boxing machine.
All stainless-steel construction to meet cGMP standard.
