Features
Suitable for both low viscosity and high viscosity product, such as flowable liquids, shampoo, cream and lotions, as well as thick chunky products.
The different filling volume range is optional, which is 2-10ml, 5-60ml, 10-125ml, 25-250ml, 50-500ml, 100-1000ml, 250-2500ml and 500-5000ml.
All parts in contact with the filling material are made of 316L stainless steel to meet cGMP standard.
The machine adopts advanced pneumatic parts FESTO from Germany.
A shut-off nozzle ensures a smooth operation, as well as the easily-changeable bottom-nozzle tips Easy to operate and clean.
Food Pedal is included for ease of operation.
The machine operates without electricity, only compressed air.
