Features
It is suitable for even all type of threaded caps. Normal round caps, spray caps, trigger caps, pump caps and so forth.
This machine drives 4 wheels for cap tightening by a Servo Motor and controls by the PLC and Touch screen.
The capping torque can be set digitally on the touch screen.
Accurate and stable capping torque, ensure all capping results are consistent, and better to protect the caps as well.
AUTO model(by pause time) and MANUAL model(by button or pedal) are optional.
Few parts need to be changed and simply for replacing when it's is for different sizes of caps and bottles.
Simple operation.
