The IS-310A is an automatic water-cooled induction sealing machine designed for continuous sealing of containers fitted with aluminium foil induction liners.
Using electromagnetic induction, the machine heats the aluminium foil liner inside the cap, creating a secure seal across the container opening. This provides effective leak protection, tamper evidence and helps maintain product integrity.
The water-cooled system is designed for continuous production and provides stable performance for demanding packaging applications. The machine can be integrated into an existing conveyor line or supplied with a conveyor as an option.
