Tube feeding, marking identification, filling, folding, sealing, code printing and finished product output all conducted by a fully auto control system. Tube washing and feeding conducted pneumatically, accurate and reliable.
Material contact parts 316L stainless steel.
Pneumatic shut-off nozzle, no drippings after filling.
No tube no filling features.
Overload protection.
A 40L 316L stainless steel hopper is included dynamically built to meet the cGMP standard.
Material Feeding Pump, Hopper stirrer, Hopper heater, and Tube Feeding machine are optional.
Run for both round and oval tubes, suitable for common sealing end or special space sealing end.
High running speed up to 80 tubes per minute.
